Expect a mix of grand visual illusions, mind-reading moments, and fast-paced comedy magic — objects appearing, transforming, and vanishing in front of the entire audience.
The show is paced like a Las Vegas-style act: big openers, surprise reveals, and a powerful closer that leaves the room on its feet.
Ideally, Jose works with a stage of at least 3 m wide × 2 m deep (about 10 ft × 7 ft), with enough height clearance to stand and move freely. A backstage or side area for prop setup is a big plus.
Don't have a full stage? No problem — the show can be adapted to a cleared floor area with the audience facing one direction. Just let us know the dimensions in advance.
For most venues we recommend:
Most hotels, ballrooms, and event venues already have everything needed. For productions without an AV team, we can recommend trusted suppliers in Hong Kong.
A raised stage is preferred — it gives every guest a clear view of the magic, especially in larger rooms. But a floor-level performance area also works as long as the audience is seated theater-style, facing the same direction, with enough sightlines for the back rows.

Stage magic scales beautifully. The show works wonderfully for audiences ranging from 50 guests at a private gala to 500+ in a ballroom or theatre.
For very large rooms (1,000+), let us know in advance — we may recommend additional screens or a follow-spot so the impact carries to the back of the room.
Yes — the Premium package is fully customizable. Jose can weave your brand, product, message, or guest of honor into specific illusions — a reveal that becomes your logo, a prediction that matches the night's theme, a finale built around the company name or the wedding couple.
Share the brief at least two weeks in advance so the routines can be rehearsed and the timing locked in.
Yes — audience interaction is a core part of the show. A few guests are invited up on stage for key moments, and the rest of the room participates from their seats (thinking of a number, making a choice, reacting out loud).
Everyone is treated with respect — no one is embarrassed, mocked, or pulled into an awkward situation. The volunteers always leave feeling like the stars of the moment.

His stage show is built and tested for international audiences, which means it lands the same whether the room is full of locals, expats, or a mixed crowd from across the region.
The show is performed primarily in English. Jose's style is highly visual and music-driven, so guests whose first language is Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish follow along easily — the magic itself does most of the talking.
If your audience is mainly Cantonese or Mandarin-speaking, let us know in advance and Jose will adapt the patter and pacing accordingly.
Once you've booked a time and date, you've entered into a verbal agreement. If you need to cancel, the following terms apply:

Yes — a deposit is required to secure your date:
Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 15 days before your event date. However, for shows booked during the busy holiday season (Nov. 15 – Jan. 5), deposits are non-refundable.

Tipping is completely optional — there's absolutely no obligation. That said, if you feel the performance was exceptional and would like to show your appreciation with a tip, it's always gratefully received and very much appreciated!
